About me

Holding space for playful self-expression, exploration and transformation. It is my mission to enable people to live a more creative and therefore healthier life.

  • Art Therapist

  • Medical Doctor

  • Artist

  • Artivist

Since my childhood artistic expression played a very big role in my life, helping me to process my emotions. Writing and painting have always been means to pleasure for me and helped me through more difficult times in my life.

During my work as a physician I realized that the mind is the greatest force for our wellbeing. Our mental health affects almost every part of our lives, which is why we have to take extra good care of it.

It was my intuition that drew me towards studying art therapy, leading me to combine my knowledge from my medical career with my experiences in the fine arts and art therapy. After painting myself through a crisis I knew, this was what I wanted to share with this world. This way I create a holistic view on health, well-being and self-development, enabling people to connect with their creativity in order to overcome life's challenges.

As an artivist I aspire not only to heal individuals, but to share my ideas and visions on collective healing. Collective healing is a process that goes far beyond the therapy room, enabling us to understand suffering and pain as a collective experience that can be healed within the collective. Therefor I create a space where creativity is used no heal oneself and inspire to co-create a world in which we don’t merely survive in but in which we can thrive.
