About me

Photo © Pauline Bossdorf

Holding space for playful self-expression, exploration and transformation. It is my mission to enable people tp live a more creative and therefore healthier life.

Since my childhood artistic expression played a very big role in my life, helping me to deal with my emotions. Writing and painting have always been sources of pleasure for me and helped me through more difficult times in my life.

During my work as a physician I realized that the mind is the greatest force for our wellbeing. Our mental health affects almost every part of our lives, which is why we have to take extra good care of it.

It was my intuition that drew me towards studying art therapy, leading me to combine my knowledge from my medical career with my experiences in the fine arts and art therapy. This way I create a holistic view on health, well-being and self-development, enabling people to connect with their creativity in order to overcome life's challenges.
