On how creative expression can fundamentally change your experience of pain and trauma. This talk analyses the scientific aspects of emotional and physical pain and gives an overview on how creative expression can break the cycle of pain, using examples of art history and neuro-aesthetics.

On what we can learn from one of the scariest experiences a creative can have. This talk dives into scientific literature about the creative block, analyzing its causes, its psychodynamic aspects and helps you sharpen your identity as a creative so your creative block can become a great opportunity to learn.

“Burn-Out and Mental Health Issues in the Field of Creativity”
This talk dives in to statistics of mental health issues in the creative field and why creatives are prone to mental health issues, just as much as they have great coping mechanisms. By analyzing the coping mechanisms and opening a safe space to talk about burn-out and exhaustion in the creative field we can start a process of collective healing.
